What is included in your venue rental:
- The 1915 can accommodate up to 100 people seated for a wedding ceremony and 100 people for a seated reception or dinner party.
- Includes a permanent wooden stage which can be used for ceremonies, small live bands, a place for toasts during a reception, etc.
- 12 60” Round Tables
- 12 72” Rectangular Tables
- 150 Wooden Folding Chairs
- 150 Stacking Banquet Chairs
*A final layout of the table/chair setup will need to be finalized at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
- Men and Women’s Public Restrooms adjacent to venue hall
- Bridal Suite - Includes a full length mirror, dress rack, lounge area, large vanity area with 3 mirrors and power.
- Groom's Parlor - Includes a large mirror, clothing rack, and lounge area.
